$2,500–$3,000/month base + up to 10% commission

Positions Available Sales Supervisor

Conduct structured consultations with prospective and returning clients

Guide clients through every step of their personalized aesthetic treatment plan

Document treatment progress, photos, and measurements in our CRM system

Achieve and exceed daily sales targets of $3,500+

Sales Manager

Lead, support, and coach a high-performing team of sales consultants

Drive individual and team sales performance, with goals of $3,500+ per rep

Ensure a polished, professional, and seamless client experience

Build a team culture based on excellence, results, and care

Compensation & Commission Structure

Base Salary:

$2,500–$3,000/month (depending on experience and role)

Tiered Commission:

4–5% on sales up to $3,500

6–7% on sales from $3,500 to $7,500

8–10% on sales above $7,500

Have a proven track record in sales (spa, medspa, or luxury retail preferred)

Communicate clearly, confidently, and with purpose

Stay organized and are comfortable using CRM tools and sales systems
