POSITION
BAS Outside Sales Engineer
LOCATION
Miami Lakes, FL
IDEAL CANDIDATE
1–5 years of relevant BAS Controls experience
Must have minimum 1 year sales experience
Excellent verbal communication skills
Team player, outgoing and self-motivated
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prior experience as an HVAC/Controls Technician is a plus
Fundamental understanding of installation and testing of BAS systems
Well versed in the Controls/BAS Industry
Strong ability to sell Controls services
Put together submittal packages, prepare bids for clients
Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers of control service work
Retain ongoing relationships with companies’ current clients and grow new business in controls service work
Responsible for achieving sales goal
Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of offerings
Travel to service areas to meet clients
