We are seeking a
Bilingual Sales Representative/Customer Service (SPANISH)
to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. AGM Tools is an expanding and ambitious company with 12 locations across the USA, including: Texas: Houston (2 locations), Austin, San Antonio, McAllen, Dallas Oklahoma Arkansas South Florida: Pompano Beach, Orlando North Carolina: Raleigh, Charlotte Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and complaints Learn the system, products, usage, and pricing Make daily visits to customers Provide information about products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues Document and update customer records Manage credit information provided by customers Develop and maintain a knowledge base for training on evolving products and services Achieve monthly goals to earn commissions Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills The company offers a base salary plus commission, training, vacation, and sick days.
