We’re seeking a seasoned professional with experience in RX brand/product management or sales within the pharmaceutical industry. Your primary contacts will be product/brand managers of RX products or Regulatory Affairs specialists.
Our clients include industry leaders like Boehringer Ingelheim, Sandoz, and Servier. Your main objective will be to drive sales by offering our comprehensive market research solutions on drug consumption trends and clinical research insights to pharmaceutical companies across the EU+UK region.
Additionally, you’ll extend our reach globally with our regulatory affairs solutions. You can work flexibly from our office, your home, or a combination of both, as all our tools are cloud‑based.
Responsibilities :
Co‑developing and executing marketing and sales strategies
Meeting and exceeding defined sales targets
Leading sales and pre‑sales efforts
Serving as the primary point of contact between clients and the delivery team
Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Managing market research projects and overseeing pharmacovigilance activities
Conducting internal training for project‑related employeesExploring and identifying new pharma products and market trends
You should have:
Extensive experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related role within a pharma company
Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical market, particularly in drug consumption and clinical research
Strong communication skills and a well‑established network within the pharma industry
Proficiency in English with the ability to articulate project plans, progress, and results effectively
A problem‑solving mindset with business, management, budgeting, and analytical capabilities
Experience in agile work environments, familiar with tools like JIRA or Trello, and strong Microsoft Office skills
The ability to excel in a virtual, multinational work environment, managing multiple priorities
A proactive approach to challenges and a commitment to delivering top‑quality results
