Investor Relations Reporting Analyst to support the firm’s investor relations and reporting functions. This role will focus on compiling, analyzing, and presenting financial and operational data for investors, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery of reporting materials.
Requirements/Qualifications
Key Responsibilities Prepare and distribute quarterly and annual investor reports, including financial statements, performance metrics, and portfolio updates. Maintain and update investor data within internal tracking systems and CRM platforms. Collaborate with accounting, asset management, and acquisitions teams to gather accurate data and insights for reporting. Support the creation of presentations and investor communications for meetings, webinars, and marketing initiatives. Ensure consistency and compliance in reporting with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Monitor key performance indicators across investment portfolios and assist in producing analysis for investor decision-making. Respond to investor inquiries by providing clear, accurate, and timely information. Assist in process improvement initiatives to streamline reporting workflows and enhance investor communication. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in investor relations, financial reporting, or fund administration, preferably in real estate or private equity. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and database management tools; experience with CRM systems a plus. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise format. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of professionalism and ability to work effectively with senior executives and external stakeholders.
