What You Will Do
Sell Stryker Foot & Ankle products to meet customers’ needs with intensity and commitment.
Become the resident Foot & Ankle expert for a sophisticated audience of surgeons and healthcare professionals.
Manage and maintain inventory meticulously, ready to assist customers at any time.
Build credibility by understanding competitors’ offerings and providing product advice and training.
Operate effectively in high‑stakes, emergency/operating room environments.
What You Need
Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years’ experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination).
3+ years of sales experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, product demonstration, and sales techniques.
Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and databases.
Experience building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
Comfortable operating in emergency/operating room settings.
Willingness to attend meetings outside regular business hours as required.
Commitment to compliance, confidentiality, ethics, and regulatory requirements.
