Regularly engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and tech advancements.
Prepare and present compelling proposals tailored to clients' needs.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

Microsoft environments a plus.
Prior experience facilitating the sales process from discovery to implementation.
