Join Torq, a leader in AI‑native cybersecurity, as a Regional Sales Manager for the North Central region (Minnesota or Wisconsin). This remote role involves positioning Torq’s no‑code security automation platform with strategic prospects and customers, developing comprehensive account strategies that align with company goals, and collaborating across teams to drive business growth.
What You Will Be Doing
Sell the no‑code security automation product from prospecting to close.
Land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities.
Execute territory coverage plan and consistently meet quarterly revenue targets.
Build and nurture long‑term strategic relationships with prospects, customers, and channel partners.
Orchestrate complex deals across diverse business stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
5–10+ years of direct sales experience selling security software.
Measurable track record in new business development and over‑achieving sales targets.
Experience selling complex enterprise security solutions and adapting to fast‑growing environments.
Executive presence, polished communication, and excellent listening skills at the C‑suite level.
Proficiency in target account selling, solution selling, or consultative sales techniques.
Hunter mentality with solid Sales DNA (e.g., Challenger, MEDDICC).
