Key Responsibilities
Educate homeowners
on the insurance restoration process.
Perform roof inspections
and document storm-related damage.
Build trust
through transparent communication and follow-through.
Guide customers
through contract signing and project scheduling.
Collaborate with internal teams
to ensure smooth project execution.
Represent Aspen
with professionalism, integrity, and heart.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Strong interpersonal skills and a
people-first mindset .
Self-motivated, goal-oriented , and resilient in the face of challenges.
Comfortable working independently and
managing your own schedule .
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Sales experience is a plus—but
not required . We train from the ground up.
