What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Strategically plan and prospect commercial clients to identify business opportunities
Conduct discovery calls and educate customers on solutions that drive their business success
Build relationships through territory management and targeted prospect outreach
Achieve quarterly recurring revenue quotas and exceed sales targets
Maintain sales pipeline and contracts within a CRM system (Salesforce.com)
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5 years of proven success in a commercial services sales role
Experience in the commercial facilities sector
Strong interpersonal skills with effective leadership abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel up to 20% of the year
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Strong analytical skills and high business IQ to manage client data
Experience with popular business tools like Google Work products, Tableau, and Salesforce
A proactive approach to communication and relationship-building
