Kinaxis has a well-established sales and professional services team across the US. Our newest office is based in Irving’s Las Colinas development and will serve as a centralized hub where employees and customers from across the US can work together to solve the biggest challenges facing supply chains.

Location This is a remote position. You can work from home and be located anywhere in the US.

The Team As part of continued growth, Kinaxis is expanding its presence in North America. The role is a unique combination of contributing to a growing business with the benefits of an established client base located within the region, a top quartile referenced product portfolio, and company stability and resources to deliver and execute its growth strategy.

What you will do

Lead efforts for identifying opportunities and growing revenue in existing accounts.

Work with senior management to develop relevant account strategies and engagements to drive pipeline growth and close deals within agreed timelines.

Establish and maintain high-level executive relationships with new name accounts and partners (direct and reseller).

Qualify prospects according to Kinaxis’ capabilities and applicability.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and relevant reporting based upon realistic close timelines.

Communicate product improvements and recommendations that originate in the field.

What we are looking for

+8 years’ experience selling strategic, enterprise‑level mission‑critical solutions (SCM, ERP, BI).

High credibility with a deep understanding of client operations and strategies, linking them to high‑value propositions beyond technology.

Team player who can help deliver client sales propositions.

Sales experience in high‑tech electronics, industrial, pharmaceutical, automotive, and similar manufacturing‑oriented industries, with the ability to lead sales for a particular vertical.

Degree qualified with industry and SCM/SCP experience preferred.

Highly motivated, having achieved or exceeded consulting or sales quotas in new or emerging markets with leading and “Best of Breed” technologies.

Experience working in different EMEA markets and geographies in complex deals.

Ability to effectively engage with executive level decision makers and develop joint growth strategies.

Ability to sell to multiple constituencies within an organization: manufacturing operations, demand management, finance, IT.

Consultative, value‑proposition/business‑case driven sales methodology experience.

Articulate, persuasive, passionate communicator with excellent presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and be proactive.

Ability to travel as required.
