As part of our continued growth, Infogain acquired Impaqtive, a Salesforce Summit Partner specializing in cross-cloud advisory, implementation, and managed services. From the initial assessment of needs, to creating the experience design and roadmap planning, to system implementation while driving continuous innovation, Impaqtive partners with organizations at every stage of their Salesforce journey. POSITION The Salesforce Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing strategic client accounts by overseeing multiple Salesforce projects, driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and becoming a trusted advisor to the client. This role involves close collaboration with both onsite and offshore project teams, proactive management of client escalations, and a focus on building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate brings 3–8 years of experience in account management or similar roles within the Salesforce ecosystem. What you’ll do Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and acting as a trusted advisor on Salesforce solutions Oversee the delivery of multiple concurrent Salesforce projects for the client, coordinating efforts across onsite and offshore teams to ensure timely and successful outcomes Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts by understanding client needs and aligning additional Salesforce products and services to their business goals Develop and execute account growth strategies, working to expand the footprint of Salesforce solutions within the client organization Manage client escalations and proactively resolve issues, ensuring that concerns are addressed promptly and effectively to maintain strong client relationships Collaborate with project managers, solution engineers, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery, resource allocation, and risk mitigation Conduct regular account reviews, performance reporting, and strategic planning sessions with clients and internal stakeholders Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contract renewals, and project milestones. Stay informed about Salesforce product updates and industry trends to provide relevant guidance and recommendations to clients Travel to client sites as needed for key meetings, workshops, and relationship-building activities. What you’ll bring: 3–8 years of experience in account management, client services, or project management roles within the Salesforce or broader CRM/technology consulting ecosystem Proven ability to manage and grow large client accounts, with a track record of successful cross-selling and upselling Strong understanding of Salesforce products and project delivery processes; able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Experience managing multiple project teams across different geographies (onsite/offshore), with strong resource and stakeholder management skills Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities. Demonstrated leadership in managing client escalations and delivering high client satisfaction. Ability to analyze client business needs, develop tailored account strategies, and drive adoption of Salesforce solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
