This role provides an exciting opportunity to engage with clients nationwide and drive revenue growth across multiple advertising platforms, including digital, radio, mobile, and live events. The Outbound Inside Sales Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting new business, managing client relationships, and delivering consultative solutions tailored to each client's goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, enjoys collaborating with peers, and can communicate effectively to influence business decisions. You will play a key role in maintaining high client satisfaction while meeting and exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and grow new business accounts using a consultative sales approach

Manage a high-volume sales funnel and maintain service level requirements, targeting 50+ client contacts per day

Provide strategic guidance to clients on advertising solutions that align with their campaign goals, KPIs, and budgets

Collaborate with internal teams and peers to maximize account growth and ensure seamless execution

Utilize CRM and sales intelligence tools to track sales activities and maintain accurate records

Retain new business accounts through timely follow-ups and renewal activities

Consistently meet or exceed activity, sales, and revenue targets while delivering an exceptional client experience

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have:

Media sales experience and familiarity with consultative selling techniques

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual skills are a plus

Professional demeanor and excellent phone etiquette

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

Experience in customer care or account management is preferred

A competitive spirit and belief in achieving ambitious goals

Ability to maintain focus and work collaboratively in a team environment
