Greet and assist clients as they enter the studio, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Educate potential clients about StretchLab’s services, including one-on-one assisted stretching sessions. Manage client appointments and maintain the studio schedule efficiently. Drive sales by promoting memberships, packages, and retail products. Maintain a clean and organized studio environment to ensure a positive client experience. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and exceed client expectations. Required Qualifications and Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service experience, preferably in a retail or fitness environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic computer skills for scheduling and sales management. Preferred Experience
