We are looking for Inbound Sales Representatives to support a variety of projects while representing some of the most recognizable brands in the world. In this role, you will take inbound calls from prospective customers and upsell existing ones while providing customers information on client products and services. What does someone in this role actually do? This role requires you to interact with hundreds of customers each week across the country to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience. You need to be confident, fully engaged, and dedicated to bringing a positive and enthusiastic outlook to work each day.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound contacts courteously, timely, and professionally.

Use knowledge base and training to answer questions and sell appropriate products/services.

Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues.

Research systems for missing information; coordinate with other departments.

Utilize systems and technology for account management tasks.

Document and process customer orders accurately.

Follow scripts, policies, and procedures.

Maintain confidentiality of information.

Escalate issues as needed.

Attend meetings and training to stay updated.

Adhere to attendance and schedule requirements.

Qualifications

Must be 18 or older

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent communication skills

Typing speed of 20+ WPM

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

Understanding of Windows OS

Reliable with good attendance

Ability to troubleshoot and follow-up on issues

Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

Customer service orientation

Multi-tasking and self-management

Team-oriented and customer-focused

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Interpersonal skills to build relationships

Preferred (not required)

1 year experience in customer service, tech support, inside sales, or related fields

State or Federal work experience

Additional Information This job operates in a professional office environment. You will be largely sedentary, sitting/standing for long periods, using computers and office equipment. Occasionally, you may need to move around the office or lift objects up to 40 pounds.
