Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales and loans, engaging with merchandise, and providing excellent customer service. Greet and interact with customers to provide financial solutions. Perform open/close procedures, maintain the sales floor, and handle transactions. Communicate legal aspects of transactions effectively. Work collaboratively to ensure a positive customer experience. Complete required training and perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification. Minimum age 18, High School Diploma or GED. Strong desire to serve customers and work in a team environment. Proficiency in basic math and cash handling preferred. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
