Our Field Sales Representatives earn between $31,200 - $55,010 + $20,000 commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commissions, top sellers can earn up to $100,000 annually. The starting salary may vary based on geography, experience, and education.
You’ll be the face and voice of AT&T to your customers, with the autonomy to organize your day to meet customers at their convenience. Responsibilities include offering demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolution to keep customers connected.
How you get the job done:
Paid training to prepare you for independent work in the field, with ongoing coaching and learning opportunities.
Meeting with potential customers daily, with pre-scheduled interactions to help you meet sales targets.
Using negotiation and communication skills to close deals effectively.
Key expectations to succeed:
Prior sales experience, preferably with targets.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive a company vehicle.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Successful background check including drug screening, criminal history, and driving record.
