Role Summary As a Sales Advisor, you will be an integral member of our field sales organization, building relationships with prospective customers and expanding the Rivian community. You will manage the entire customer relationship from lead qualification to close, ensuring a personalized purchase experience throughout. This role requires passion for our brand and a desire to foster a competitive sales culture.

Responsibilities
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and other KPIs.
Ensure best‑in‑class customer experience aligned with Rivian’s values.
Engage, qualify, and identify customer needs to create personalized experiences.
Maintain in‑depth product knowledge and guide customers through decision‑making.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, establishing long‑term relationships.
Support customers through order confirmation and throughout the sales process.
Host retail activations and experiential events.
Solicit feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Stay up to date on EV landscape and product value.
Share best practices and support teammates.
Perform location opening and closing duties, ensuring policy compliance.
Motivate team with clear direction and feedback.
Resolve customer escalations promptly.
Communicate business trends and data to leadership.
Coach for exceptional performance in customer sentiment.
Take on additional projects as required.
Qualifications
Preferred 4+ years in sales, retail, hospitality, or similar fields.
At least 21 years of age.
High school diploma or GED required.
Proven track record in a high‑velocity sales cycle, commission‑based.
Experience in a fast‑paced startup environment.
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Flexible schedule support nights, weekends, holidays.
Willingness to travel for events and launches.
Knowledge of Microsoft or Google Workspace.
Comfort with large vehicles and demo drives.
Teamwork and independent work skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to obtain local sales licenses if applicable.

Frequent hand use for grasping tools, data entry, communication.
Strong written & spoken English.
Ability to read and interpret documents.
Pay Disclosure Hourly Rate for TN Based Applicants: [$34,798 - $43,493] annually plus sales commission per plan terms and conditions.

Full‑time coverage effective on day one of employment. Part‑time coverage effective first of month following 90 days.
