What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Identify and pursue new customer opportunities, closing business deals in assigned accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with key strategic accounts to drive profitable revenue growth
Promote and sell products, services, and solutions to healthcare professionals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and satisfaction is maintained
Develop and implement customer growth plans to achieve financial targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
Willingness to travel up to 75%
Minimum of 5 years of experience in complex sales with healthcare or hospital software and/or capital equipment
Proven track record of managing lengthy and complex sales cycles, particularly with enterprise accounts
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in the Transfusion Management industry
Strong background in Information Technology
Recognized sales achievements and awards in a competitive environment
Sales leadership experience in healthcare settings
Ability to engage with senior management regarding business needs
