Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) .

You will manage multiple sales processes simultaneously, document them, and guide them through implementation until your new business is fully operational. What You’ll Do

Grow Our Business While Growing Yours: close sales, win business, and reach goals by implementing a top‑down strategy.

Turn Prospects into Loyal and Referring Clients: recommend the right solutions, help clients solve real business needs, and earn referral business through networking.

Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family: cross‑sell with other ADP solutions to cultivate additional business within existing accounts.

Collaborate Daily: serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the broader network while upholding ethical standards.

Required Qualifications

Positive Self‑Starter: upbeat, persistent, able to cold‑call, manage time, prioritize, and multi‑task. Communicate ideas clearly in writing, face‑to‑face, and over the phone.

Strategic Closer: established network and experience carrying a quota in outside B2B sales. Demonstrated record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.

Proven Winner: ambitious spirit, thrives under pressure, and consistently exceeds sales quotas.

3+ years of business‑to‑business sales experience (preferably field sales) in a results‑driven environment.

Military experience is also acceptable, including teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust‑building, and a “never lose” mentality.

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
