We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Product Specialist at Feldman KIA of Novi. Responsibilities
Greet customers and assess their needs Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle that meets their needs and budget Conduct test drives with customers and highlight features of the vehicle Negotiate prices and financing options with customers Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each sale Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction Requirements
Previous import sales experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a team environment Must be organized and detail-oriented Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Valid driver\'s license Benefits
