sales with purpose . You’ll be the first point of contact after fires, floods, or natural disasters, helping families and businesses take their first steps toward recovery. This role is based at the
Paul Davis Flagship location , giving you the opportunity to represent one of the most respected restoration brands in the industry.
Outside Sales Representative $70,000 - $90,000 per year + commission on every closed lead.
What You’ll Do
Respond quickly to emergency property losses—often within hours.
Meet property owners on-site, assess their needs, and guide them toward solutions.
Build trust rapidly and secure work authorizations in high-stress situations.
Own your territory, schedule, and goals. This is your business to run.
Partner with internal teams to ensure promises made are promises kept.
Earn uncapped bonuses on top of your base salary for every signed job.
