Position Overview:
Outside Sales Representative for life insurance products. You will forge strong client relationships, uncover customer needs, and offer tailored life insurance solutions. This role is independent, with opportunities to meet potential clients in various settings, achieve sales targets, in a rewarding and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform to target qualified candidates seeking our life insurance products, focusing on client interactions. Client Consultation: Conduct needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting life insurance options. Sales Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring content to client concerns and preferences. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships, with regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and policy retention. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, products, and market conditions to position our life insurance offerings effectively. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of activities and progress toward targets; prepare regular reports for management. Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies; protect client information and uphold ethical standards. Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport and trust. Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset; able to work independently. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and maintain a flexible schedule. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus. Life insurance license or ability to obtain one (assistance available). Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly. Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client’s sale.
