
Seeking a successful, hardworking and entrepreneurial Account Executive to join an exciting start-up and help shape the future of computing. My client develops breakthrough, quantum services that deliver real-world impact today.
As an Account Executive for the DACH region, you’ll be at the forefront of bringing quantum computing solutions to market, building relationships with leading companies in finance, pharmaceuticals, logistics, and energy.
Your Role
You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to closing and account growth, backed by a team of world-class technical experts. Your mission: expand the company’s Quantum’s presence, drive revenue, and help clients unlock quantum advantage.
Key responsibilities:
Lead generation (inbound & outbound) with a focus on DACH markets
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned to growth goals
Drive sales of MVPs, platform memberships, and PoC projects
Build and manage relationships with executives, R&D teams, and innovation leaders
Support clients through PoC phases, ensuring smooth long-term adoption
Collaborate with technical, marketing, and legal teams to align on client needs
Create impactful sales materials and maintain accurate CRM data
Your Profile
2+ years’ sales experience in a start-up or deep-tech environment
Experience in Quantum Computing, Deeptech or Enterprise Software Sales is essential
Proven success closing complex deals (€50k–€500k, 3–12-month cycles)
Degree in business, economics, physics, chemistry, material science, or similar
Skilled at building relationships across all levels of an organization
Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced start-up
