Inside Sales Representative located in

Pine Hall, NC . The Inside Sales Representative will be the primary point of contact for Electronics Cooling customers, delivering outstanding service and support. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem solving. In day-to-day operations, the ISR will prepare quotes, manage order entry, make revisions in SAP, process credit/debit requests, release materials for shipment, and collaborate with the Shipping department. Additionally, the role coordinates with Production Control to meet customer requirements and manages pass‑through orders. Responsibilities

Customer Interaction : Responds promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback through phone, e‑mail, and chat; builds positive relationships by providing attentive and empathetic assistance; provides quotes based on pricing guidelines. Issue Resolution : Investigates and resolves customer issues, complaints, and requests in a timely manner; collaborates with other departments to ensure comprehensive solutions. Product/Service Knowledge : Develops thorough understanding of products/services to provide accurate information; stays updated on features, updates, and policies. Order Processing and Systems : Assists customers with order placement, tracking, and modifications; enters purchase orders into SAP with correct pricing; revises sales orders per customer requests; issues credits and debits; files all paperwork in SAP; collaborates with planning team for accurate processing; releases material for shipment; coordinates with Production Control and Shipping Department; works with finance on collections. Documentation : Maintains accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system; generates reports on common issues and feedback for continuous improvement. Communication : Effectively communicates company policies, procedures, and updates to customers; relays customer feedback to global teams. Team Collaboration : Works with cross‑functional and regional teams (sales, marketing, product management) to ensure unified customer satisfaction. Qualifications

College degree or equivalent, and at least 5 years of experience in customer service. Ability to clearly and accurately communicate both verbally and in writing. Office environment; no heavy lifting required. Extended periods of sitting at desk and computer, answering phone and servicing customer requests; requires tact, patience and empathy. Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail. Experience collaborating within a global team. Familiarity with ERP and CRM software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Required to work onsite 60% at WCP Plant in Pine Hall, NC. Position subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and ability to handle ITAR Technical Data. 120.33 is an essential function.
