Customer Sales BDC Agent
Job Type: Full-time
We are currently hiring a full-time Customer Sales BDC Agent. The candidate’s main responsibility will be assisting the Business Development Manager with all administrative and clerical duties.
We are looking for someone who is well‑organized, passionate, a fast learner, and can work independently. This position varies as it covers many different tasks. Being flexible, self‑starting, outgoing, and responsible are key elements to this role.

What The Job Entails
Assist with the business development team on routine tasks such as sending emails, following up with calls, maintaining the business calendar, setting appointments, and conducting mock calling exercises.
Work directly with the business development manager to organize the business development team.
Detail and organize lunch/meetings/schedules as needed for executives/dealerships.
Consolidate FedEx orders as well as export mail.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls.
Update calendars and schedule meetings.
Perform other clerical assistant duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong working computer knowledge
Google Drive documents knowledge preferred
Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace; bilingual skills a plus
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to perform diversified clerical functions and basic accounting procedures; calculate figures and amounts
