Regional Sales Representative - Modular Building Construction - Base Salary to 80k/year - Windham, NH
Our client, a well-established and innovative Modular Building Construction company, is currently seeking a Regional Sales Representative based out of their Windham, NH branch office to cover their Northeast territory.
The Regional Sales Representative is an 80% - 90% inside sales position (phone/ computer work) and 10% - 20% outside sales visits & trade shows (mostly regional)
Responsibilities
Work out of the Branch Office making cold calls & writing up quotes daily
Travel regionally for face-to-face visit / follow-ups/ trade shows (10-20%)
Lease and sell storage products, ground level offices, mobile offices, modular buildings, and ancillary products
Develop and build profitable, long-term customer relationships
Sales activities: prospecting, value selling, and closing
New customer acquisition and lead generation
Outside Sales Visits (10-20% of the time)
Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
Solicit new opportunities via direct sales calls
Track and monitor opportunities and transactions
Qualifications
College degree preferred
3+ years of B2B (business to business) sales experience
Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, CRM systems); ability to learn customized programs/ software
Customer focused; ability to build long term business relationships
Ability to talk to your audience; explain the company’s offerings clearly
Compensation
Base salary in the 65k - 80k/year range
