What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs
Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
Represent the employer brand and connect customers to the right products
Adapt to different environments and schedules while maintaining a customer-centric approach
Participate in a structured training program lasting up to 18 weeks
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
Excellent communication skills for engaging with prospects and customers
Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
Proficiency in typing and PC skills; Property and Casualty License required after hire
