The Inside Sales Representative should have strong customer service skills and will support sales through calling existing and potential commercial customers. Responsibilities
Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problems; consultative sales.
Works directly with management and service technicians.
Estimates, details, and submits final proposals to customers.
Maintains and updates Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily.
Responsible for achieving sales objectives.
Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Manager.
Qualifications
Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems
Must be detail-oriented and good with numbers
Experience with blueprints/plans and specs (preferred)
Must have an outgoing personality and a natural affinity for taking care of customers
References must be able to tell us that you have an outstanding work ethic, are highly reliable, self-motivated and goal oriented with a drive to be successful
Must have good time management skills, be organized and have the ability to multi-task
