Job Description Compass Truck Rental & Leasing, LLC is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for our new Indianapolis location. The successful candidate will generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and maintain customer satisfaction in the local truck market.
Responsibilities
Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Build and maintain client relationships to understand their needs.
Negotiate terms of sale and contracts to ensure mutual satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to optimize sales strategies.
Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and development.
Requirements
At least 2 years of proven experience in truck leasing.
Existing book of business preferred.
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Goal‑oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets and quotas.
Self‑motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
