Key Responsibilities

Lead the inaugural Sales Development Representative Manager (SDRM) function in Dallas, defining the team’s culture and operational cadence.

Recruit, onboard, and coach a core team of 3–4 Associates, developing them into potential future full‑cycle sales representatives.

Act as a “player‑coach,” balancing personal pipeline generation with dedicated coaching, mentoring, and team development.

Own the hiring process, collaborating with internal teams to recruit junior talent from internal pools and external sources.

Drive consistent pipeline generation, meeting and exceeding qualified meetings and Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs) targets in North America.

Build out sales infrastructure, playbooks, and processes from scratch in partnership with Revenue Operations.

Provide hands‑on training on advanced prospecting techniques, cold outreach, and lead qualification methodologies (B2B/SaaS).

Track, analyze, and report on team performance, activity metrics, and pipeline forecasts to senior leadership.

Serve as the primary bridge between Dallas SDR, wider sales, and Client Services, ensuring alignment on lead quality and handoffs.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing and coaching a Sales Development Representative team, ideally building a team from the ground up.

Successful track record in B2B or SaaS sales pipeline generation within financial services or a similar field.

Committed to a people‑management career path, comfortable with hands‑on pipeline generation.

Humble, driven, adaptable, and excited by building a team and process from the ground up.
