Field Sales Representative – TruGreen TruGreen is hiring a Field Sales Representative dedicated to engaging with homeowners to introduce personalized lawn care solutions. You’ll use TruGreen’s Sales Playbook to turn door-to-door interactions into lasting customer relationships. What You’ll Do
Engage with new and existing customers through door-to-door outreach with professionalism, energy, and good vibes Customize sales messaging to match the unique lawn care needs of each household Turn inquiries into signed customers with a proven sales methodology and processes Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity and follow-through Cross-sell and upsell with expertise to help customers elevate their lawns What You’ll Bring
High school diploma or GED required Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are valued Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Strong communication skills, both casual conversation and closing talks Solid time management and a self-starter mindset Comfort with technology and mobile devices (no coding needed) Physical ability to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds outdoors Perks & Benefits
