Role Description We are seeking a Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our facility in Elk Grove Village, IL. The Sales Manager will oversee and lead sales strategies, cultivate client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include developing sales plans, managing accounts, leading a sales team, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves evaluating customer needs and providing tailored equipment solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven ability in sales and business development with skills in strategizing and achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and client management skills.
Experience in leading and motivating a team to meet and exceed goals.
Knowledge of manufacturing or equipment sales, particularly in the candy, chocolate, or bakery industry, is advantageous.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
