FTSE Russell, a leading global provider of benchmarks, analytics, and data solutions, is seeking a performance-driven sales professional to help expand our footprint within the FX and Interest Rate Benchmarks product suite. This role is ideal for early-career sales talent with a passion for financial markets and a desire to develop deep product expertise in benchmark solutions.

Role Summary

Specialist Prospecting & Engagement : Research target accounts within financial institutions and corporates, initiate outreach via email, phone, and social media, and execute contact cadences using CRM and sales engagement platforms. Manage inbound opportunities and act as account manager from initiation to close, identifying cross‑sell opportunities and maximizing deal value.

Lead Qualification & Product Advocacy : Leverage predictive marketing models, customer analytics, and prioritized prospect lists to qualify and validate potential business deals. Articulate the value of FTSE Russell's benchmark offerings and secure follow‑up meetings with proposition sales specialists or account managers.

Primary Responsibilities

Research and investigate target accounts to understand their business models, benchmark needs, and regulatory drivers.

Identify key contacts within each account relevant to FX and interest rate benchmark use cases.

Execute outbound contact strategies across financial institutions and corporates in the U.S. and Canada.

Proactively source new prospects to generate qualified sales opportunities.

Utilize CRM systems, sales automation platforms, and marketing insights to manage outreach and pipeline development.

Communicate the value of WMR FX Benchmarks and Interest Rate Benchmarks in pricing, valuation, performance measurement, and risk management contexts.

Secondary Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, and product teams.

Continuously develop product knowledge and stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.

Translate market insights into targeted outbound campaigns.

Represent FTSE Russell's benchmark solutions to strengthen brand awareness and market positioning.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate business value and client benefits.

Resilience and persistence in high-volume outbound environments.

Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns and follow‑up activities with precision.

Interest in developing expertise in FX and interest rate benchmark applications.

Experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service within financial services or data/analytics environments.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Compensation & Benefits LSEG is committed to offering competitive compensation. The anticipated base salary for this position is $111,300 - $185,500. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state.

In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage and reflect job‑related knowledge, skills and experience.
