Sales Account Manager - Mining

What You’ll Do
Consultative selling: cultivate strong relationships with customers and grow accounts.
Sales prospecting: build profitable sales in an assigned territory, primarily within the mining industry, expanding business with current customers.
Customer experience advocate: collaborate with internal teams to deliver top‑tier service, technical support, and safe, innovative solutions.
Portfolio management: prioritize selling time, manage funnel and territory, proactively win back lost customers.
What You’ll Need
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience and a track record of building relationships and meeting targets.
Self‑directed, outcome‑focused; takes initiative and delivers results.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
Good listener, curious, passionate about learning customers’ needs and solving problems.
Strong presentation, negotiation, objection handling skills, and ability to close deals.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Where You’ll Work This role is based in one of the following locations: Denver, CO; Salt Lake City, Utah; Casper, WY; Nampa, ID. Flexible to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Pay and Benefits
Salary range: $90,770 and up annually, plus commissions based on contribution margin.
Salary influenced by experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and location.
