Inside Sales Rep - Chart Note - Clearwater, FL

The Inside Sales Rep -- Chart Note Review role is focused on increasing revenue by responding to and initiating incoming and outgoing customer inquiries. The employee must be comfortable using company resources, policies, and procedures to provide complete and accurate data. They will utilize appropriate technologies and follow established processes to ensure patient and physician contact is handled accurately and efficiently. Job Responsibilities:

Promotes products and facilitates customer needs:

Assess customer qualification, explain product and service benefits thoroughly, and assist with physician communication as needed. Records customer information:

Maintain the database by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data. Ensures quality service:

Follow departmental and company policies, procedures, and standards. Facilitates the sales process:

Communicate and share information with internal and external contacts. Completes insurance validation:

Ensure accurate validation of insurance benefits. Provides customer follow-up:

Follow up with customers as required. Contributes to departmental objectives:

Achieve contact and sales targets, track and report sales progress. Processes Accept to Host in LITE:

Complete necessary procedures as specified.
