Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to achieve sales objectives.
Identify client needs and propose customized business services solutions to meet those needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Track and report on sales performance, including forecasts and pipeline updates.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to expand the client base.
Qualifications
2+ years minimum in B2B sales.
Prospecting experience required.
Closing business required.
Familiarity with Salesforce and sales tools (Zoominfo, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
Positive attitude and desire to win, with a proven history of consistently achieving quotas.
Driven by a desire to achieve meaningful and measurable results, and develop as a sales professional.
BA/BS degree or equivalent.
Adaptable – thrives in new situations and can think on your feet.
Coachable and curious – implements feedback and dedicated to continuous self‑improvement.
