Now we're looking for a driven, personable Sales Associate to join our Wheaton studio and bring this mission to life. This role requires evening and weekend availability (minimum 12 hours/week). What You'll Do, Be the Face of StretchLab Wheaton As a Sales Associate, you'll be the first and lasting impression for our clients. Your energy, empathy, and ability to connect will turn first-time visitors into lifelong members. Make 50+ outbound calls per day to engage leads, follow up with prospects, and schedule intro stretches Deliver confident and engaging studio tours that show our value, not just our pricing Guide first-time guests through their visit and convert them to members Handle objections with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset Upsell retail products and services that support individual client goals Client Experience & Studio Operations Greet and check in clients while creating a welcoming, supportive atmosphere Juggle front desk operations, answer calls, schedule sessions, assist the team Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked front desk and lobby Support studio needs as they arise, no task is too small when it helps the team Use CRM software (ClubReady or similar) to manage lead pipelines and follow-up tasks Community Engagement & Marketing Help with local marketing efforts and community events Contribute to social media or outreach campaigns to attract new clients Represent the StretchLab brand with professionalism and enthusiasm Who You Are You have prior sales or front desk experience in fitness, wellness, or customer-focused roles You're comfortable making outbound calls and closing sales in person or over the phone You're organized, self-motivated, and skilled at managing multiple priorities You know how to connect with people and put them at ease, even if they're new to wellness You're available evenings and weekends with at least 12 hours of availability You live locally or have reliable transportation to Wheaton You're excited by commission opportunities and performance-based bonuses What We Offer Hourly pay + commission + performance-based monthly bonuses Growth opportunities with a fast-growing wellness brand A dynamic, supportive studio environment where your impact is real A culture that celebrates movement, teamwork, and transformation Help Us Move Wheaton, One Stretch at a Time If you love wellness, thrive in a sales environment, and want to be part of a team that changes lives daily, apply now and bring your energy to StretchLab Wheaton.
