Overview We are currently looking for an
Account Executive
to join our team. At BBH, members of the account management department are expected to be business partners – both externally with our clients and internally with each member of a cross‑functional team. The account people should use their deep knowledge and understanding of the client’s business to create the best conditions for the right work to thrive, leading to the success and growth of both our partners and our agency.
Responsibilities The account executive delights in the details, supports the team and keeps projects on track. They are a consummate team player, always willing to go the extra mile in the push from ‘good’ to ‘great’. They have a can‑do spirit and the energy to support teams going through tough processes.
Client Partnership
Build relationships with clients based on trust through flawless administration and reliability
Communicate with clients as needed to ensure that any client requests are addressed in partnership with other members of the team
Take the time to learn about the client’s business and competitive landscape, in order to start to build a picture of how the agency can help the client to achieve their ambitions
Project Management
Project manage the internal agency process in collaboration with other members of the account and operations teams
Manage the flow of information across cross‑functional teams within the agency
Schedule internal reviews and external client presentations
Monitor and report on the status of projects, ensuring that deadlines are met
Team Administration
Handle miscellaneous team and client requests
Ensure that files are properly stored and managed
Attend internal meetings and follow up with summary notes and detailed next steps to keep projects on track
Become the lynchpin within the account team
Contribute to a positive, friendly and vibrant environment within the team and also the wider agency
Training and Development
Proactively take the initiative to grow, be intentional with your own career progression, and eager to learn
Develop an intimate understanding of how an agency functions, the role and interplay between each of the departments, and the principles of excellent client partnership
Actively participate in all formal and informal training sessions
Qualifications
2-3+ years of relatable experience in client service and/or project management
Solutions‑oriented; always has solutions in mind when managing up
Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects at once
Extremely detail‑oriented and organized
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
A passion for creativity

Compensation Range Compensation Range: $49,305 – $71,645 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
