Inside Sales Account Executive – Position We’re seeking a driven, coachable

Inside Sales Account Executive

to join our fast‑growing team in Los Angeles. The role focuses on velocity, quality conversations, and closing deals that make a difference for local restaurants. You’ll manage a high volume of demos (inbound and outbound), build pipeline through creative outreach, and close new business remotely. This is a hybrid position based in Los Angeles or Miami with a 3‑days‑a‑week (Tuesday‑Thursday) in‑office requirement.

What success looks like

Run a high volume of qualified demos (Zoom + phone) to convert leads into customers.

Own the entire sales cycle from discovery to close within a defined SMB segment.

Partner with SDRs and Marketing to follow up on warm leads and self‑source new opportunities.

Deliver high‑velocity pipeline coverage and exceed monthly quota.

Manage all activity in Salesforce with precision and consistency.

Collaborate daily with peers and leadership to refine messaging, process, and close strategy.

Provide feedback to Marketing and Product teams on lead quality, objections, and market insights.

Build trusted relationships with independent restaurant owners and operators.

Qualifications

2–4 years of full‑cycle inside‑sales or closing experience (SaaS, hospitality, SMB preferred).

Proven success meeting or exceeding quota in a high‑velocity sales environment (both inbound and outbound).

Strong communicator who thrives on storytelling and consultative selling.

Highly coachable, competitive, and motivated by team success as much as individual wins.

Organized operator with experience using Salesforce, Zoom, Gong, and Outreach.

Passion for local restaurants, food culture, and supporting small‑business owners.

Student of the market—know your competitors, stay updated on trends, coachable, and willing to master your craft.
