Account Executive - Remote (anywhere in the US) We are seeking a sales-driven, partner-obsessed Account Executive to join our high-performing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for outbound sales and driving adoption of our Knock Bridge Loan™ — a unique solution that enables homeowners to unlock the equity in their current home to purchase their next one. As an Account Executive (AE) at Knock, you will build and manage strategic accounts within an assigned team and territory. You’ll develop and implement scalable, repeatable strategies to grow loan applications in a B2B2C model, partnering with lenders and agents to deliver real value to their clients. Your work will directly support our mission to modernize the homeownership journey. What Youull You'll Do

Consistently meet or exceed monthly goals for prospecting new business within an assigned territory Design and execute repeatable, scalable outbound outreach strategies to convert prospects into partners—lenders and agents Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for our partners and their customers Achieve monthly loan application sales targets, with a minimum expectation of 60 applications per month Lead operational and strategic initiatives that grow top-of-funnel activity and drive both new and repeat applications Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics including partnerships, leads, and loan applications Host regular meetings and training sessions with loan officers, team leads, branch managers, and agents to share updates, review performance, and optimize use of Knock’s offerings Champion collaboration and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment What Youull Bring

Recent lending experience or an active NMLS license required At least 2 years of business development or growth experience Recent experience working directly with lenders Experience in SaaS sales is a strong plus Proven, measurable success in meeting or exceeding sales targets Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for growing partnerships and improving partner experiences Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders Performance-driven mindset with a focus on partner success Team-oriented attitude with a passion for supporting and uplifting others Receptive to coaching and open to giving/receiving constructive feedback Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while managing multiple priorities Strong relationship-building skills rooted in trust and transparency A deep belief in fostering inclusive, equitable practices that reflect Knock’s core values Proven success in a fully remote, distributed team environment High school diploma or equivalent required Don’t meet every requirement? Our Compensation Philosophy: As a fully remote (U.S.-based) workforce, our goal is to ensure that all Knockstars are fairly compensated. Please note that the salary information that follows is a good-faith estimate for this position. The on-target earnings (OTE) for this position is $200,000+: $60,000 - $80,000 base salary + uncapped incentive plan. This job posting will expire on December 31, 2025. Offer & Employment Terms
