Thales is hiring an experienced Regional Sales Manager for the Cyber Security Products (CSP) team who will promote and position Thales’ robust CSP product portfolio across enterprise accounts nationwide. Your success will safeguard the digital lives of millions.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Land new customers and drive net new revenue through new business in the territory.
Act proactively to detect opportunities, identify and acquire potential customers directly or through a Value Added Reseller (VAR) channel.
Collaborate with peers across regions and internal teams to create a positive team environment.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
3–5 years of account management or solution sales experience.
Experience in IT solution sales, particularly in cybersecurity.
Strong business analysis, mid‑term vision, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior managers and C‑Level executives.
Knowledge of the high‑technology market (IT Security and Cybersecurity).

The anticipated Total Compensation range for this role is $197,760.00 – $357,400.00 USD annually. The Company reserves the right to offer higher or lower compensation and additional benefits.
