Develop new business across various states and territories. Foster and enhance existing relationships and accounts. Work directly with the leadership team to attain market share. Determine areas and strategies for profitable business growth. Collaborate with the sales management team to deliver the best service to customers. Meet/exceed sales targets on an ongoing basis. Understand consumer needs and deliver value based on company services. Negotiate contracts and ensure the process is documented from A-Z. Qualifications
Previous sales/account management experience. 3+ years of plastics/film extrusion experience. Must reside in OR or WA. Ability to generate new business and develop long-term relationships.
