Job Responsibilities
Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing front-end operations and expectations.
Lead omnichannel processes and maintain store recovery standards to uphold Brand Promises.
Provide friendly customer service and assist with store operations including inventory, safety, and cash reconciliation.
Assist Store Manager with SOP compliance, team management, training, and performance management.
Serve as Manager on Duty and participate in store events and truck unloading processes.
Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production, and lead delivery of framing solutions in stores without a Framing Manager.
Preferred Skills and Experience Retail management experience preferred.
Physical and Work Environment
Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a climate-controlled environment.
Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
