Sales Executive
to lead new business development for its Tennessee construction division.
This is a high-impact, hunter-focused role designed for a self-starter ready to build a long-term book of business across a booming market.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base +
Uncapped Commission
Year 1 OTE ($175k+)
Build long-term relationships

What You’ll Do:
Own and execute full sales cycle across the greater Chattanooga, TN area
Sell a
diverse portfolio
of access control, gate, and parking solutions
Develop and expand relationships with general contractors, developers, and property managers
Navigate complex sales cycles and get past gatekeepers to close frequent, mid-sized deals
