CHIPD, headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska is a leading merchant services provider to small and medium-sized businesses. With clients in all 50 states, our team aims to identify high-impact revenue-cycle opportunities to improve cash-flow, decrease account receivables, improve business efficiencies and create a great payment experience. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team! You will contact leads generated through partner organizations and introduce the partner members to a program built specifically to help their businesses. Many of our partnerships cater to medical practices, med spas and even some vertical markets in building supply and kitchen & bath dealers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying partner members interested in using the endorsed program. Once identified, this candidate will reach out and meet with the business' decisions makers. We use consultative selling to better understand their business' needs to demonstrate how our product could benefit them through cost savings and time.
Responsibilities
Prospect and contact potential clients
Attend Trade Shows through out the year
Present and sell program offering
Resolve partner inquiries
Set and manage demonstrations via zoom
Manage and maintain clear notes, call activity and partner communications within our CRM
Provide members with written follow-up (email or thank you card), as needed, to share reference materials, web-links and confirmation of scheduled meetings (demos)
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related financial fields is preferred
Experience accomplishing a monthly quota/standard is essential
Ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Strong telesales communication skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong understanding of deadlines and detail-oriented
Base + Commissions
Employer healthcare participation
Potential first year earnings - $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 and should grow by $20,000 per year with production
