This is a field-based role. Candidates must reside within the region and be willing to travel as well as work remotely. Job Responsibilities

Manage sales of TDM Systems software products and digital manufacturing solutions and services to small and medium-sized customers within the eastern US region (from northern Maine to North Carolina). Retain and grow business with existing customers and expand our customer base, generating sales from new customers. Anticipate and understand customer needs and match them with our product offering to maximize customer value and sales profit. Pursue sales leads; visit existing and new customers; assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services; respond to inquiries; negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority; and close sales orders to meet revenue targets. Collect and communicate relevant business and market intelligence to product and sales management using applicable systems. Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule activities to meet targets. Requirements

4-year degree in sales, marketing, business administration, computer engineering, or related field OR equivalent work experience selling and growing sales of software and/or digital solutions, preferably in manufacturing. Minimum of 4 years' experience in a sales or business development role within the software or digital solutions industry, preferably in manufacturing. Ability to maintain a CRM system and use data to organize prospecting, pursue leads, and close sales. Ability to provide optimized support and service to customers on solutions purchased. Background in materials cutting and machining is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Creative problem solver with strong follow-through and organization. Comfortable using CRM and digital tools to optimize efficiency and ensure clear communication. Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel domestically and occasionally internationally. Legal eligibility to work in the US. Anticipated compensation range is $78,000 - $98,000 annualized, based on knowledge and experience. This role is eligible for TDM's Sales Incentive Program, in terms of variable compensation.
