We are hiring for a Hospice Account Executive at Community Loving Care Hospice, a part of LHC Group in St. Louis, MO. Build collaborative working relationships internally and externally. Steward company financial resources by projecting returns on spend and managing marketing expense budgets. Execute effective sales calls that identify and meet referral community needs, clearly communicating LHC Group’s features and benefits. Activities include pre‑ and post‑call planning, rapport building, questioning, solutionting, objection handling, and closing. Execute a weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategy to increase market share through key account development, including prospecting, diversification, and call frequency/routing. Plan activity to maximize territory coverage of existing and prospective accounts. Participate in strategic marketing growth planning and community education problem‑solving. Achieve admission goals/expectations established at hire or review of annual agency budget goals. Complete assignments timely as requested by a supervisor. Attend staff meetings, providing updates on accounts, customer needs, and progress toward agency growth strategies. Coordinate in‑services with community and medical groups to educate them on hospice services as needed. Check e‑mail daily and respond to phone messages within 24 business hours. Perform all sales administration duties including CRM compliance, expense reports, payroll time sheets, medical director time sheets, territory planner, PTO requests, paperwork, and pickup delivery of POC as needed. Education Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Education Desired

Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Two to three years of prior successful hospice sales experience preferred. Skill Requirements

Professional and effective interaction with a variety of individuals. Creative idea generation in marketing and community education. Effective and persuasive communication skills with a positive, outgoing attitude. Strong time management and organizational skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Some understanding of home health/hospice coverage issues. Ability to maximize cost effectiveness of resources. Company Overview and EEO Statement
