Overview AccessAgility, based in the Washington, DC metro area, provides IT and Cybersecurity solutions with a specialization in WiFi as a Service (WaaS). We deliver wireless networking services including design, structured cabling, installation, network management, and security. Role Description – Outside Sales Executive (SLED) We are seeking a driven Outside Sales Executive – SLED (State, Local, and Education) to join our team in Tysons Corner, VA. This is a full-time, on-site role with a strong focus on new business development in the SLED market.

The Outside Sales Executive will be responsible for:

Driving the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing new business opportunities

Building relationships with key SLED decision-makers in the DC/MD/VA (DMV) region

Leveraging industry knowledge and existing client relationships to accelerate growth

Representing AccessAgility’s IT offerings — prior experience selling Cisco, HPE, Meraki, Ruckus, or Mist is a must

Managing deal registration with vendors to secure competitive pricing, especially using the Cisco Deal ID process

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of outside sales experience in IT solutions (Cisco, HPE, Meraki, Ruckus, Mist, etc.)

Proven track record in new business development with strong existing SLED client relationships in the DMV area

Demonstrated success with lead generation and closing complex IT solution sales

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools (we use HubSpot)

Preferred

Cisco Sales Certifications, especially CCSE (Cisco Certified Sales Expert)

Possesses a strong SLED client list for the DMV area

Knowledge and ability to create accurate Bill of Materials (BOMs) and manage deal registration, including expertise in the Cisco Deal ID process

Experience obtaining quotes from distributor partners (e.g., TD Synnex, Ingram Micro) and navigating vendor programs

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, Economics, or related field OR equivalent experience
