We are seeking a
Neuroscience District Sales Manager
to oversee sales strategies in the Cincinnati district, focusing on psychiatric and neuroscience products. Responsibilities
Manage and develop a high-performing team of specialty sales representatives. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and facilities. Achieve sales targets and expand market presence. Ensure compliance with industry and credentialing requirements. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degrees preferred. 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 4 years in sales management. Experience in CNS, psychiatry, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or depression is preferred. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to travel up to 75% and reside near a major airport within the district. Additional Requirements
Proven track record of sales and leadership excellence. Ability to work effectively in innovative and flexible environments. Experience in small or start-up companies is a plus. Compensation & Benefits
